OWEL ARCHITECTURE LTD is a Consultancy firm registered in Kampala, Uganda. It began as FUSIONE in 2005 with specialties in Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management. In June 2018, FUSIONE rebranded as OWEL ARCHITECTURE LTD.

The OWEL team is led by Arch Willis Otto Olanya (ARB reg. 143) who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Makerere University and has 18 years practical experience in architecture and building design services. He is a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), and a corporate member of the Uganda Society of Architects (USA). He served six years on the Council of the Uganda Society of Architects (USA) ending in December 2017 as Chair Board of Practice of USA. He currently serves on the Council of the East Africa Institute of Architects (EIA).
